Every ARTNA piece is prepared, packed, and shipped with care. Here's everything you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. During launches, pre-orders, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer — in which case this will always be clearly communicated.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship internationally.
If your country is not available at checkout or you have a special request, please contact us at hello@theworldofartna.com and we'll do our best to assist.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):
- Portugal & EU — 3–7 business days
- International — 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or local postal services.
Shipping Costs, Customs & Duties
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination and the shipping method selected.
For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities. ARTNA is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs.
Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, ARTNA is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance — processing times in your destination country
- Postal service disruptions — strikes, holidays, or operational issues
- Weather conditions — severe weather or natural events
- Events beyond our control — including political or logistical disruptions
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly look into it.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ARTNA cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@theworldofartna.com as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) — including your order number and any relevant photos.
We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
