Refund policy

We want you to feel completely at ease with every ARTNA piece you bring into your home. If something isn't right, here's how we'll take care of it.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following:
- Same condition — exactly as you received it
- Unworn or unused — no signs of wear or use
- Original tags — still attached
- Original packaging — intact and included
- Proof of purchase — receipt or order confirmation
To start a return, please contact us at hello@theworldofartna.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Defective — the item doesn't function as expected
- Damaged — the item arrived broken or damaged in transit
- Incorrect — you received an item different from what you ordered
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order or personalised items — pieces created specifically for you
- Custom or special orders — bespoke commissions
- Sale items — unless otherwise stated at point of purchase
- Gift cards — not eligible for return or exchange
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order once the return is approved
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the following:
- Original condition — unworn and unused
- Original tags — still attached
- Original packaging — intact and included
- Proof of purchase — receipt or order confirmation
This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Method — refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Timing — processing typically takes up to 10 business days from approval
- Bank delays — your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
